Dear Customer: When you place an order, we reserve the date only after a deposit is made. No order is considered finalized without a deposit. There are no cancellations. If an emergency were to happen, you may change the date or use the money towards a different deposit. Changes towards the order are only allowed up to 72 hours before pickup date.
